Having a Holiday home..
Just in the process of moving out so we can start decorating and preparing. I live in a nice area and it makes financial sense to rent out our home and live in a cheaper area.
Have read that you can avoid council tax if you register as a small business. I am wondering whether this has any negative consequences?
Also not sure how much to pay a cleaner to do handovers and linen etc.
Hoping for some advice from someone who has experience so I dont make any costly errors. I live in Cornwall (on the Roseland).
