We have been left some money in a will. We're not ready to move yet, as want to move later when our children reach secondary age (we'll have to move as the schools here are not good).
Is it worth us making our 2 bedroom terrace into a 3 or 4 bedroom one? and/or enlarging the kitchen downstairs?
