Online share brokers - any recommendations?

I'm looking at TD, Hargreaves Landsdown or Interactive Brokers
Self trade aren't opening new accounts at the moment

If you use one would you recommend them?

I use HL and like them. V good service by post/phone as well as online. V easy to transfer to them. Excellent website. Also a good choice of shares and funds, though that's prob true of all of them.
