Preparing for first FET - general tips, advice, what to do compared with a fresh cycle?

We're currently waiting on a treatment schedule for our first FET. We've had 2 fresh transfers so far - one successful and one failed to implant.
How does the preparation differ for a FET compared to a fresh cycle? Is it the same advice in terms of healthy diet, exercise etc, lots of protein and electrolytes? Or is that more to do with the stimulation phase, embryo quality and risk of OHSS? With the supplements like COQ10 etc, are they less important now as we already have the embryos?

I've read about pineapple, beetroot and pomegranate juice, Brazil nuts etc but again not exactly sure when to have them - any tips on what actually might make a difference?!

Just wondering what to expect really, how to be ready for this and how I can maximise our chances of this one working. Thank you!

You have done all the hard work really by creating embryos to freeze. There isnt much you need to do, there are loads of different information about foods to eat and liquids to drink but honestly just do what your already doing, eat healthy with a variety of foods and stay hydrated. The question really is , will you be doing a medicated or natural fet cycle? I think in regards to what to eat, id say eat things that keep down inflammation, limit caffeine, and high sugary drinks. Also try to just relax and let the body do its thing, if the embryo is going to work then its going to work regardless of what you are or are not doing.

Thank you @Miraclemuma03 that's kind of what I was thinking so it's nice to hear that! I felt like the most important part was done with having the embryos but then we've never had a frozen transfer before.
We'll be going for a medicated cycle with just estrogen and progesterone I think! We have quite a few embryos frozen but most of them aren't good quality

So sort of like a modified natural cycle? I think once you have had the transfer , have the first daybas a rest amd reset day then you can go back to normal and try to enjoy the feeling of being pupo. I wish you all the luck for success.

I'm really not sure if I'm honest! My clinic gave us a choice of medicated or natural and we went with medicated. All the info they've given me is that I'll start estrogen on day 2 of my cycle and then have a scan 10 days later. 4 days after the scan I'll start progesterone and then 6 days later have the transfer. Does that sound right?
