Conceiving after 35 with PCOS after divorce

Is anyone able to give me their experience and any reassurance? I’d be so grateful for any kind comments šŸ™

I am recently divorced after my ex husband had an affair.
I’m 35, and we were part way through fertility treatment (letrozole) when he left. I am so scared I won’t get the chance to be a mum given timing and my PMOS.
I know I could freeze my eggs but the cost of this is around Ā£6,000. I won’t be walking away with much once my divorce settlement is finalised and am weighing up whether to do this or not as it’s so much money.

I have met a new partner and we have been together for nearly 9 months. We have spoken about a family and this is something he’d like but he understands my fertility issues.

Did anyone here manage to conceive naturally or with ovulation induction after 35 without egg freezing?

I would possible talk to a fertility specialist to get all the information. When you were with your ex, did he also have any sperm testing done. There are plenty of woman who do happen to fall pregnant naturally with pcos but it doesnt happen for everyone and if thats the case, the only way to go is with ivf treatment. I would maybe try to come up with the money to freeze some eggs for your future, that way no matter what happens with the current partner you still have options.
