Sperm analysis results, can someone help me interpret?

Hi all, myself and DH have been ttc for a long time, I have pcos endometriosis and adenomyosis so expected it to be difficult on my side. We recently moved to a new area so needed to go through all the tests again to be reffered to local fertility team and DH has got the results back from his sperm analysis back today and was told he needs to make a telephone appt to discuss with gp (2 week wait) can anyone help me figure out what's the result means?

Viscosity after 20 mins: Low
pH: 8.5
Progressive motility (A): 23%
Non-progressive motility (B): 20%
Immotile (C): 57%
Normal morphology: 4%
Sperm concentration: 37.6 × 10⁶/mL
Duration of abstinence: 3 days
Time analysed: 14:14

Reference ranges:

Semen volume: ≥1.5 mL
pH: ≥7.2
Progressive motility (A): ≥32%
Total motility (A+B): ≥40%
Normal morphology: ≥4%
Sperm concentration: ≥15 × 10⁶/mL
Vitality (live spermatozoa): ≥58%
