Sperm analysis results, can someone help me interpret?

Hi all, myself and DH have been ttc for a long time, I have pcos endometriosis and adenomyosis so expected it to be difficult on my side. We recently moved to a new area so needed to go through all the tests again to be reffered to local fertility team and DH has got the results back from his sperm analysis back today and was told he needs to make a telephone appt to discuss with gp (2 week wait) can anyone help me figure out what's the result means?

Non-progressive motility (B): 20%
Immotile (C): 57%

Reference ranges:

Semen volume: ≥1.5 mL
pH: ≥7.2
Progressive motility (A): ≥32%
Total motility (A+B): ≥40%
Normal morphology: ≥4%
Sperm concentration: ≥15 × 10⁶/mL
Vitality (live spermatozoa): ≥58%

So the reference ranges are what is considered normal ranges

eg volume 1.5ml and above is normal, PH 7.2 and above etc. so it looks like your husband’s sperm is out of range for progressive motility (that is the sperm swimming forward I think), but okay for overall motility (as over 40% are mobile) - not sure what exactly that means for fertility but it looks fairly promising to me! It could be helpful to run it through AI and get an interpretation there too.
