Please could someone help interpret these results .

Hi! I am no expert but as you haven't had any replies I thought I'd share a couple of things I remember but please do cross check online or with a fertility expert. So your LH/FSH level and ratio looks good, I believe it's supposed to be a 1:1 ratio and that a high FSH level might mean a lower ovarian reserve/perimenopause so no sign of that based on this result, not sure how old you are. The SHBG is a bit low which I believe is linked to higher testosterone (even in cases where testosterone appears normal based on the blood test) and that might also be the reason your androgen levels are a bit high. Lower SHBG is also linked to insulin resistance. I think you could look into the possibility of PCOS/PMOS even though that normally also shows an off ratio between LH and FSH, maybe an hba1c to check your blood sugar or check out the glucose goddess for some tips. Spearmint tea is supposed to be great for higher androgens/testosterone. Two cups a day, steep for 10 minutes each time, from memory. 😀
