Failed FET with a Day 6 6BB Euploid

We just found out that our first and only FET with our only euploid (a Day 6 6BB) failed. This was despite me being on an immune protocol, having had an ERA test previously and taken probiotics for a month to increase Lactobacilus bacteria to my uterus. Lining was the right thickness and all looked great: the embryo was hatching.

For context, we had six natural miscarriages and one child over the past eight years, so we decided to turn to IVF with PGTA.

I turned 43 in June and am not sure what to do now... It felt like our only hope.

Thank you for posting. Yes, I read those sites all the time and am getting a second opinion from Avenues (we were at Clinica Tambre Alicante). Just not sure if it's the end of the road for us now.
