Has anyone had their lining shrink during IVF stimulation?

I’m on a mini ivf cycle. My lining on day 8 of stims was 8mm and 2 days later it shrank to 4.1mm. Did this happen to happen elsewhere? I’ve seen a few posts of lining shrinking during stims but no answers on why it may happen

Hi Op, I’m not sure what a ‘mini’ cycle is. But to answer your question, yes I had my lining shrink, it went from 9mm to 7mm. I was advised to switch to a freeze all cycle and then go for FET later which is what I did. The way I understood it, was that because my lining thickness might be a little unstable that cycle they didn’t want to risk putting a viable embryo back in for the lining to then become unviable.
