I'm trying to keep myself health- mind, body and soul to prepare for a potential cycle on August. I can feel myself going into a black hole of doom scrolling and buying endless retreats, spa days, creams, lotions and potions all with the hope it nudges me towards a BFP.
What's your tips, process, go-to stuff to keep you sane?

I am the kind of person who tries to research everything and stresses out a lot but for IVF I decided to try and do the opposite. I didn't Google anything, I just focused on healthy anti-inflammatory diet and taking my vitamins. I did acupuncture which helped me to relax, my acupuncturist was very experienced with fertility and I would chat to her about it at my appointments. I didn't tell anyone non medical because I didn't want to feel the weight of anyone else's expectations. I used a mindfulness app to help me sleep and tried doing some yoga to target the vagus nerve.

It was so hard not to Google things but I didn't want to read anything that would dishearten me. I relied on the clinic to tell me what I needed to know. I'll never know if any of the things I did had any impact but they made me feel better about the process as I was going through it and that was worth it for me.

Get lost in a really good TV show. Or 20! Honestly I have never watched more tv in my life!
