We’ve been trying to conceive since we had a miscarriage on 10th April 2025 I got diagnosed with diffuse adenomyosis on 10th April this year we finally got referred to fertility clinic we have had all our tests done and sperm test as we needed it done for the referral we’ve got a phone appointment on 3rd September was just wondering what we should expect from the phone appointment on the 3rd September
