Day 2 transfer success

Can anyone give me some success stories? We collected 14 eggs but they drained all follicles, only 3 mature and one has fertilised overnight so they are recommending I go in for transfer tomorrow. Never been in this situation before and just feel this cycle is doomed. This is a sibling cycle and we have previpusly ended up with two good quality day 5 embryos

Not day 2 but iv had two day 3 transfers in the past and they have worked. One child is 12 now and the other is 4.

I had 5 eggs collected and only one fertilised so they out it in day 3 and it was successful. They explained to me they wait 5 days to see which is the strongest looking if it’s clear of there’s just one then no need to wait
