In need of some help please! I have PCOS and am due to start my first round of letrozole. Consultant prescribed me provera to induce a bleed if needed however have not taken as I started spotting last week and for the last 3 days have had a very light flow. Red blood but not enough to fill a pad / only when wiping. I guess my question is should I count today as CD3 and start letrozole this evening or wait until I experience a heavier flow ( this may not come as I think this is breakthrough bleeding rather than a true period) I am under NHS so called the secretary yesterday for advice from consultant but am yet to hear back. Just wondered if anyone could offer any advice as I dont want to miss this cycle🙏
