Day 3 on Meriofert - feel awful

What the above says! I don’t remember feeling like this but my last egg collection was a couple years ago! I feel so sick and exhausted and only on day 3. Has anyone been in the same boat? The dose was higher last time but I’ve lost a fair amount of weight. I am on 150 and have PCOS xx

I think I was on 300 and felt pretty normal, which I didn't really see as a good sign and didn't respond particularly well....so maybe a good sign for you?

How did you get on a few years ago?

My friend with PCOS felt very ill during the egg retrieval and she complained a lot about nausea (struggled to eat anything except watermelon due to nausea including for a few days after the retrieval). I had no nausea during mine although felt like shit for different reasons. I don’t recall us specifically referring Meriofert but we had very similar protocols at the same clinic. My friend felt they didn’t really prepare her enough for the egg retrieval and felt some of her side effects were linked to PCOS. Appreciate what you are saying that it didn’t impact you this way before. I hope it improves soon. I found I would have a symptoms shift each time they introduced a new drug so hopefully it changes soon xx
