Experience with “good” grade embryos

i had 24 eggs collected, 20 fertilise on day 5 we only had 2 to freeze and day 6 and extra two so total of 4 however these have been described as “ good” C graded, the embrologist said they do not use the gardner system to grade and even the lowest of grades work when sometimes the best grades don’t. I was driving at the time she called so didn’t ask many questions but now on researching feel this is very poor result.
We are having IVF due to tubal factor. I have cried all day.
Anyone can give me a insight or a little bit of hope please?

I don't know much about that system of grading but a clinic won't freeze or transfer anything that they don't think has a chance of working. I found this when I was going through IVF which might be useful. I think with 4 embryos, you should have a decent chance. Best of luck!

thanks so much for replying! she did call me back and say they are average grade for our age range (30-35) and can be very successful! thank you

You're welcome. I am, as we speak, feeding my 'average' 4BB 11 week old - I hope that is you too in a year's time 💞
