Hi all,

I would love to know if anyone has had any conceiving with low AMH? I am starting stims next week and have been preparing for the last 3 months (D3500, Ubiqunol, Zinc. Folate Vit C 1000 and magnesium in the evening).

Any advice would be so appreciated.

Thank you!

I had low amh at the age of 35 and did 2 egg collections. I has 3 transfers, 2 embryos not survive thaw and a miscarriage then finally had my son and had a couple of miracle embryos in the freezer that gave me my angel baby and my daughter . Currently 40 and amh is much lower, also perimenopausal and all my hormones are well below base level. Im about to embark on my 4th egg retrieval. Taking fertility supplements, iron tablets, trying to lose weight miserably, cut caffeine and sugar and eat healthy and more variety . I was told by my FS that with low amh can also mean not great quality eggs so healthy embryos are hard to create so it can take a little longer to find an embryo that will make a live baby. That isnt always the case and sometimes ivf is the push some woman need to have a successful pregnancy. Hopefully its all straight forward for you. As long as you have eggs to collect then there is always a chance.
