Sending out a wish and a prayer that someone can relate or offer some advice.
TTC for 8 years, endo for 7 years, 2 x laproscopies, 1 x tube left, 2 endometriomas atm and I suspect a blocked tube (hydrosalpinx) but its not showing up on scans. Had my first round of IVF in March with a fresh embryo and it failed.
I have had heavy brown spotting around ovulation for over a year and during the cycle it was extra heavy. I raised this spotting before we went through IVF and they did a hysteroscopy and couldn't see anything, all looked "normal". But this can't be normal.
At egg collection they noticed some fluid in my uterus and it was touch and go on the day of embryo transfer if we could continue but fortunately the fluid had gone by then. But the spotting continued all the way from ET to beta test day.
I am really worried that this heavy spotting is some sort of toxic fluid gathering in my tube and then killed the embryo. And when I say heavy spotting, I have to wear pads. I can sit on the toilet and hear it dripping out. (Sorry if that's TMI)
Has anyone had anything similar? We're hoping to go for round 2 next month but I'm worried about wasting another embryo.
