Hi just wondering if anyone has undergone PRP for ovarian rejuvenation? I’m 41 undergone 3 rounds of failed IVF produced blastocysts but no implantations and a friend has suggested I look into PRP in either the UK or Spain. I’m finding mixed reviews and just wondered if anyone had any real life experience of it please xx

Hi, I know you posted this a while ago but only come across it now. I had ovarian PRP in Feb in the UK. I had a cycle of IVF afterwards and produced the same numbers of embryos as previous cycles - not tested or transferred so don’t know about quality as yet. The procedure was very quick and much better than egg retrieval.

A few years ago, I came across statistics from a Polish clinic claiming that PRP helped in about 75% of cases. Since then, though, I've seen a lot of mixed reviews, so the evidence doesn't seem to be that clear.
