IVF April 2026

After a long period of consideration I’m all ready to start IVF once my
period arrives in the next few days. Anyone else on here waiting to start stims etc in April? Would love some buddies on this journey with me who can relate to what I’m going through

How are we all
doing?

Had egg retrieval today, only 2 eggs retrieved, the rest of the 8 follicles apparently were empty, plus husnand sperm was very low in quality and count so they proceeding with ICSi. Im trying to be grateful for teh two and telling myself "it only takes one" but equally so disheartened at such low number. They will let us know tomorrow if either fertilized

How did your embryos come along?

We have been extremely lucky and secured 10 embryos which are being sent off for PGTA testing. We also had ICSI but it was pre planned due to poor sperm motility. Now just have to wait for for four weeks to see which are viable after pgta testing an do a transfer hopefully dying my May cycle but may be June if results aren’t back
