I have just started taking myo inositol (4000mg) to treat pcos. My main symptoms are irregular periods, weight gain and occasionally spotting between periods.
I took my first two tablets yesterday morning about an hour later I spotted. It calmed down by the evening so took two more this morning and again started spotting within about an hour. I’m going to wait until mid afternoon tomorrow to see if it’s just by chance or could be the tablets.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Asking Dr google (I know) it claims its unlikely to cause bleeding so quickly so it could just be a coincidence.
