Hi, I’ve just had a fourth failed embryo transfer. Wondering about uterine PRP and if anyone has done this? I think there is some evidence for recurrent implantation failure.

@NiftyAmberLion was your lining correct thickness as PRP says it helps with that, I’ve had quite a few failed and also very early miscarriages, it’s so hard this process is, I tried lipid infusion and have managed to get a positive that lasts longer than 8 weeks

Yeh lining was fine - 12.5mm and trilaminar. It’s the implantation for me that seems to be the issue. I’m going to do immune testing now. Sorry to hear you’ve been through many transfers as well, it is tough

Have you tested the embryos?

Yeh 3 were euploid and one fresh! At a loss as to what is going on now. Going to do immune testing next but I don’t know whether to do it through my clinic CRGH or a separate specialist like Dr Gorgy? Any thoughts welcome
