I had an endometrial trio biopsy and my clinic have advised me to take vaginal suppositories containing Lactobacillus to assist with my next frozen transfer. They advised against oral ones. I’m struggling to find a reliable seller to buy from and my clinic is unable to recommend one. I looked at Amazon for VagiBiom suppositories but the reviews don’t fill me with hope

Does anyone know where I can get my hands on suitable vaginal suppositories from reliable source/brand?

My clinic recommended Biocare intrafresh pessaries in the run up to my FETs, they contain Lactobacillus. I had a session with a fertility nutritionist who advised me to take these https://kiuki.com/biome-her?gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=16531356910&gclid=CjwKCAjwpcTNBhA5EiwAdO1S9o5z3Lore2RigdOYhUoua7e5Vj1STicSsB9yPW_kCqZ-YqEn-4ZMsBoC44sQAvD_BwE as they're stronger and contain Lactobacillus crispatus which I needed, I took these in the run up to by successful transfer and in early pregnancy

I used biocare intrafresh too and oral optibac as figured it couldn’t hurt. My results were in normal range but they said to give it a try anyway.
