Over 2 years TTC, multiple early chemicals (as in squinters for a day or to then fade).
Think fertilisation must be occurring but an issue after this?
We’re on letrozole, and adding progesterone.
Finding the wait between fertility clinic appts stressful and feel like we’re wasting time and that we need to be looking at more privately.

Partners sperm is fine bar slightly low morphology (he’s also had chronic prostatitis before), wondering if we check DNA frag?
I’ve had vaginal Microbiome tested and that was all fine.
I have a small fibroid but it’s only small and not the one that tends to cause issues.
Progesterone always been on the lower end but letrozole has helped that.
Thyroid is fine
Just had some recurrent loss bloods taken but waiting for results (appt isn’t for 6 weeks, might ask if I can know sooner as hard to keep trying when maybe this is an issue?!)

What else would you look at and where?
I don’t know if we have a private consultation elsewhere?
Whether to go with someone like Jonathan Ramsay re sperm or whether that’s not worth it unless an obvious issue, maybe DNA frag with somewhere like Ferilysis first?

Feeling a bit lost so welcome any suggestions!

Defo check dna frag - go beyond the usual tho! Do a comet (also known as extend) and fish ; we went with fertility solutions and it help remove our unexplained label. We used fertylisis for the fish test!
