Unexplained infertility

TTC for two years with no luck or even a whiff of a positive test. Currently on IVF waiting list for Scotland. Went to Poland for a private clinic who gave the same diagnosis but prescribed me cyclogest and advised husband gets fragmentation tested. She did point out that my progesterone isn’t an issue but it can’t harm and may help period pains.
has anyone got experience of having unexplained and having other of the above ?

I tried a few months of Cyclogest with unexplained too. I self diagnosed a short luteal phase and private clinic was happy to prescribe though he wasn't convinced it would help. It didn't help and currently doing IVF. It did stop spotting before my period and made my cycle a bit longer though.
Also in Scotland.

Test your husband sperm - dna frag comet and extend, goes beyond simple dna frag. I was unexplained infertility for years, failed ivf, thought it was me and spent so much money on tests for me. Lynne chapman recommended those tests for my husband and we found the cause. Please don’t assume it’s you. Really test your husband too xx
