Beta Advice

Hello,

I had a beta done at 13dpt and it came in at 131. Which medical sites (and my fave chatgbt) said promising as it's average (not high not low) just within range.

My clinic told me it's low and didn't sound to promising. Does anyone have any positive stories for me? I'm on holiday so I won't get my repeat beta until Friday 🥺

My home tests have been positive, my clinic has made me worry it's not progressing as it should 🥺 just hopeful people may have had similar experiences and it's all worked out ❤️

l Hope it works for you but it can be variable. I had a late positive and baby measured small at early scans too, as if they just got going late I guess.

Thats a perfect number. Anything over 100 at 14dpt is usually what most clinics want to see. Not sure why they told you its not a viable pregnancy. Its a good starting number, now all you is it to rise in a timely manner .

131 is on the low side for day 13. This article is from a study of 1076 pregnancies. It's from day 11, but you can work back, with a rough doubling rate of 48 hours, you would have been around 66 on day 11. I'm not sure what the previous poster is referring to, but any clinic suggesting 100 is a good number on 14dp5dt should be shut down.

There is still a chance of success - I really hope it works out

Iv had hcg numbers come back at 94 and the pregnancy still be viable. No one can tell another woman if their pregnancy is viable or not by doing only one beta.

Op you need another beta. If you are doubling right then things are on the right track.
