I know IVF is never a guarantee but i need some hope.
i’ve had 3 miscarriages and 3 ectopics and due to start IVF soon. I’ve had genetic testing for the losses which came back normal and no answers to why.
Im not sleeping great as i'm so worried it wont work even though i have it set in my head it will take a few transfer ( if that) to be successful.
I’ve started acupuncture and will start yoga to help my MH, any other advice?

Acupuncture is amazing - especially if you suffer from stress. I removed caffeine, tried to eat healthy (adding in antioxidants like blueberries etc), upped protein and drank more water. I also changed cleaning products (moved to purdy & fig) and stopped using perfume an candles in the house and used the Yuka and the little bean app to look at the cosmetics I used - so many (esp expensive ones had endocrine disruptors). I focused on my supplements and added in a vaginal probiotoc (I used optibac intimate women’s flora). IVF is tough and nothing is ever guaranteed but I went all in as I wanted to do my best before my 40th birthday and thankfully it worked. Sleep is really important too so maybe look at magnesium x

Good luck OP! I recommend Zita West's IVF Diet book. I also did acupuncture and yoga, lots of fresh air, ate healthy like PP and I was successful first time with ICSI. Take care xx

First, try to stay positive and believe that success is possible. It may sound simple, but mindset really does matter during this process.
Second, focus on choosing a clinic that’s right for you, not just one that’s considered “the best” overall. Ask about their success rates specifically for your age group and your particular situation, and make sure you understand what those numbers actually represent.
If you’re looking for real-life experiences, you’ll find many success stories on the fertility road website in their fertility journey section. Some of these journeys are even more complex than yours, and yet they didn’t give up. They also share detailed information about the treatments they went through to achieve success.
Most importantly: stay hopeful, don’t give up, and build trust with your doctor.
