Multiple early chemical pregnancies

We’re currently seeing an nhs fertility clinic as 2 years and no baby, but I’ve had multiple early chemicals (as in just faint positives around 8-10dpo that fade then disappear), plus one chemical that lasted until 5 weeks. Doctor is doing a blood test for lupus anticoagulant, I’ve done a vaginal Microbiome test, and we’re thinking of doing further semen tests.

has anyone had success after being in this position - what worked?

and did you stay with the fertility clinic, or is this more a recurrent loss clinic thing? It’s difficult as I’ve never had a “clinical” pregnancy, but it seems fertilisation is occurring and there’s an issue around implantation time

I don't have experience of this but wondering if progesterone has been looked into? Maybe falling too quickly after implantation?

Yes possibly - only had 7DPO progesterone tests, dr thought this might be the case so have progesterone to take from positive test and I’m on letrozole which has boosted my progesterone 🤞🏻 the combination didn’t work this cycle (faint lines 8/9dpo then disappeared), I wonder if progesterone is better from ovulation (this is what I did with a previous dr but current on said from positive test)

@Muddysocks1 I think I was told to take it 5 days post LH surge on ovulation tests.
