So many expensive pre conceive supplements out there, husband and I decided to not spend so much money on those and bought individual supplements instead that we felt were key, ubiquinol being one of those. Husband and I have been taking uniquinol for the past 2 months paid something like £150, this was recommended by our fertility Dr. But I've been looking into this and research studies are not suggesting strong results, or any in some.
Before spending more money, I want to ask women who've gone through more than one IVF cycle, and had the opportunity to compare egg / partner's sperm quality beofre and after taking ubiquinol, was there a noticible improvement? Were there other factors such as diet or was it mostly down to ubiquinol.
This would really help make better decision. Thank you!
