Cyclogest when BF

Hi,
I am under RMU and have previously been prescribed cyclogest till 12 weeks which helped with my rainbow baby. I have now found out I am pregnant again and been told to stop taking progesterone which I started from positive test as I am still BF? The clinic didn’t know I was BF and told me to start from positive test I only started a few days ago, I wondered if anyone has used Cyclogets whilst BF? Or a form of progesterone for recurrent miscarriage support whilst BF?
I don’t know I should just reduce my dose as I am anxious about stopping and going through loss - any experience or advise would be appreciated ? Thank you

I've done a few IVF cycles while breastfeeding and taken progesterone. My clinic were aware and supportive of this.
It did not appear to affect my milk supply. The IVF didn't work out, the clinic don't attribute that to breastfeeding and said if they thought it would reduce my chances they would not have proceeded with treatment.

Is your current child older than 12 months?
