Secondary infertility 12months TTC

After some advice - TTC 12months (just over.)

had a U/S which showed normal pelvic study, showed I was ovulating with normal endometrial thickness and uniformed.

I had a child 4 years ago now - via C SECTION no complications, but had heavy periods up to this point - regular cycles between 25-28 and lasting 5 days.

currently as of November had a iron infusion for ferritin of 5, awaiting bloods to recheck. Referral done to fertility clinic but not any advice can be given due to previous successful pregnancy.

im on transexmic acid for the heavy periods & taking ferrous sulphate and prenatals also - I am seeing egg white mucus every month but I’m just wondering has anyone had this issue after a second child or C SECTION and was there a cause? Or does anyone know if I can have a private scan to check if the csection is causing secondary infertility?

This sounds so frustrating. On your pelvic scans of your uterus they should have been able to tell you if your c section scar hadn't healed properly or left a niche. Have you had your partners sperm tested? The next steps you can try is having your ovulation tracked with scans and blood tests to make sure you are actually properly ovulating each month and an egg is released. But honestly if you are the only one that has had any testing and all is coming back normal then id have your partners sperm tested.
