Hey, does anyone else feel shit when they see scans?
im defo planning on getting counselling this year but I cannot be arsed feeling shit anymore. It especially irritates me when people get pregnant so easily but I know I'm being unreasonable and jealous

Yes, I do. I also find it really hard being told someone is pregnant face to face as it’s hard to control my emotions and just be pleased for them- and hide my sadness and envy etc.

I know lots of people who find scans difficult to see, both people who have struggled with infertility and women who have had difficult pregnancies etc.

It’s something maybe more people need to be aware of.
