I am just wanting some advice, we have had many failed fresh and frozen transfers and now we are following the immunology protocols, as I have high NK cells and increased activity.
We did one transfer Nov 25, Pred 25mg from CD 10, and Intralipids on day of transfer, failed implantation once again.
Next plan is Hydroxy 200mg, 4 weeks before FET, increase to 400mg if positive result. Pred reduced to 10mg and no intralipids.
I am feeling unsure about this plan?
I also take clexane and aspirin throughout.
When are other people starting Hydroxychloroquine in their protocols?
What advice can others give with my plan above? Feeling nervous about this?
