Nobody can give me an answer. Absolutely every test (some repeated more than once) are all fine. But have been ttc for 4 years ??!! I have a dd (took 5 years to conceive her we had tried IVF and other treatments but they didn’t work )
I do have endometriosis and adenomyosis but it’s been under quite good control since surgeries (most recently late 2024 )
I ovulate every month. Confirmed with LH tests, scans , bloods. But I never seem to get my period at the right time even when I have progesterone support cycles . It’s as if my body is just doing what it wants to some kind of totally random cycle ?
This month i had ovulation confirmed by ultrasound and was told to start progesterone on a certain day. At 11dpo tested negative and had my last progesterone that day my consultant told me that I should get my period at 14dpo and it’s not come . Def not pregnant but this happens a lot ? Nobody can tell me why
