long time lurker but first time posting, please be kind, I know it’s not a medical forum but I’m interested in advice from people who have been through similar :)
me (30F) and my partner (28M) have been trying for over a year. I’ve always had long cycles and painful periods which results in July me finding out I had endo and it was treated. I then fell pregnant the following cycle and sadly miscarried in September.
ive been ovulation testing since and it seems my body tries to ovulate but fails (I’m on cycle day 37 now) for example I will get a static smiley or darkish ovulation tests but then it’s confirmed by bloods I’ve not ovulated. I’m being sent for blood tests and my doctor has spoken about letrozole.
what is your experience of this please and did it help you conceive? I’m hoping to try this next and then if it doesn’t work, we will look into IVF.
