Can you see a very faint second line?

hi all,

I am on my 2nd round of IVF with our last embryo, I took this test impulsively at 4pm 6 days post FET.

Am I seeing what I want to see or do you see a super super super faint 2nd line?

Yes I can see it! If you’ve not had any kind of trigger shot I’d say you’re off to a good start ☺️🤞

I am glad someone else sees it I thought my mind playing tricks. I did have a trigger shot but 2 weeks ago, could that still affect it? Xx

I’ve taken a million tests, there’s definitely a line. They say the trigger can last up to 14 days so could be borderline, everyone will process it differently I guess. When I’ve tested my trigger out in the past it’s been gone a few days before that and then seen true early positives 4dp5dt (evening) and 5dp5dt. So if it was me I’d be thinking that’s a real positive, really hope it is for you 🤞 Hopefully it’s a little darker again tomorrow. But even if it’s kind of the same you’re definitely not out of the race as it can take a couple of days to notice the difference sometimes. Xx

that’s good to know though no one tells you that about the trigger injection! I feel like that’s definitely something people should be told at the clinic.

Everyone’s different, but this cycle I tested out my trigger which last disappeared (on boots strip test) at 4dp5dt, and line reappeared on 6dp5dt, so it’s def possible it’s a true positive! Good luck op :)

(my trigger consistently stays with me till about 11/12 days after on very sensitive tests, even when I took a double trigger).

They are looking a lot stronger now, this one was 2 days ago! I have stopped testing now until my official test day on Sunday as I was getting obsessed! So I would say to you, hold on to that hope because you may just get exactly what you’ve been dreaming of ❤️

Hi! I can definitely see the faint line you are talking about really similar to how mine looked. If you are going to test again early I’d definitely do it this weekend and see if there’s a stronger line, wishing you the best of luck

also just some advice, I’m sure you have your tests already but I would not use the “freedom is knowing” strip tests from supermarkets like Tesco and Asda, I used some and lines were so faint when other tests where strong, read reviews on them and they aren’t good at all, so avoid those! xxx

@Nicpx thsnk you for that! I’m currently using the easy at home ones and the FRER ones so I’ll stick to the easy at home strip ones as I’m out of FRER right now! How many DPT will you be Sunday? My official day is Wednesday and I’ll be 11DPT!

good I’m glad! I’ll be 14 DPT they changed the test days at my clinic it used to be 10 DPT and the 14 DPT you tested, but I’m not sure why they’ve changed it to just the one but I couldn’t wait that long anyway!

That’s exactly what I was like, I was testing twice a day but now I’m trying to hold out until Sunday! But I’ll probably slip up tomorrow because I have some spare tests sitting around 🤣

Hey! No they haven’t mentioned when that will be I assume the following day, so even more of a wait 😩 but then I’ve waited this long for a baby so I’m sure a couple of extra days won’t hurt me 😂
