What grade embryo did you get your BFP?

I only have two frozen embryos, I didn’t have a fresh transfer. They are grades 5BB and 3BB and I’m spiralling that they aren’t good enough

4AB 🤍✨ first positive at 5DP5DT! Try not to worry too much (easier said than done!) I’ve know people to have 3’s that have stuck x

4AB. I had a 5AA, 4 4ABs and a 3CC that were all aneuploid (across two cycles).

You can google for statistics for live birth by embryo grade, and there isn't a huge drop off between 5AA and 4AB (or even lower; I'm just using those as examples). There is a difference between a 5 day embryo and a 6 or 7 day embryo - day 5 embryos do better even if they're lower grades.

You have a decent chance with those.

I'm 29 weeks with a PGT-A tested day 5 4BB. First embryo with the same grade didn't stick

Those grades are fine. Even more so if day 5 but also day 6 is fine.

4AB, sadly lost little one at 7 weeks

Best wishes and all the luck

I wouldnt worry about embryo grades. Your gradings though are still a good grade and in thr long run it come down to whether that embryo is meant to make a baby. In November last year, I transferred a 4aa day 5 embryo and I had a chemical.. I then had a fresh transfer with a 4ab embryo and it didnt stick and I just had a frozen embryo transfer with a day 6 4aa embryo and I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks so even with nearly perfect embryos they dont always work. With my now nearly 4yr old son he started out as 4bb embryo and he worked out but the embryo before him was a 4aa embryo and that one did not stick. You can have your embryos tested but unfortunely its still not 100% .

4ab, 10 weeks currently. A 4CC didn’t take and three day 3 embryos didn’t stick either.

I have to say, it depend on the embryologist as to what grade your embryo gets, my 4ab could easily be a 4bb at your clinic. Mine was untested, so still have that unknown and I’m older so not quite counting my little chicken yet. Best of luck op! With my 4CC I did a lot of—can this work—research and the answer was yes, it can.
