IVF clinic suggestions for pcos

Hi everyone I hope you’re all well 😊 I’m 33 ttc for 2 years. The nhs have suggested letrozole
however I have a partial loculation on my left ovary due to scarring (some of the dye in my tube test examination was gathering in certain areas on left ovary)
Furthermore my partners semen analysis showed low morphology of 2 percent (the rest of the mobility concentration were all in range)

Also I do want to mention I do ovulate certain cycles as I track and have had scans previously that show ovulation occurred (although we are not sure if I’m ovulating regularly because I’m not good with my tracking every month)

based on our situation with 3 factors of pcos, morphology and partial loculation in the left ovary, I have been considering doing ivf privately because I am not sure letrozole is enough to help us
maybe iui or ivf is a better treatment plan

I am looking for ivf clinic suggestions that have good success rates working with patients with pcos or endometriosis (as I may have endo as there was scarring in the left ovary)

I went to a open evening with crgh but I am really struggling to pick a clinic
I looked into serum ivf in Greece too and agora clinic.
Any suggestions would really be appreciated ☺️

My wife and I are in a similar situation with multiple things happening at once. She has PCOS, and on my side I’ve got low morphology and high DNA fragmentation, so we’ve been trying to figure out what the right next step is too. We’re definitely not experts, but we realised quite quickly that the combination of issues made us feel more comfortable exploring IVF.
We started on the NHS, but like you we found the options quite limited for our situation, so we’ve been looking into private clinics. We’ve been to open evenings and looked at loads of reviews and stats, and honestly it’s still confusing — so I totally get why you’re struggling to pick one.
Because I was drowning in tabs, spreadsheets and conflicting opinions, I ended up putting together a small website called to make it easier to compare clinics. It doesn’t tell you what to do — it just pulls basic info about UK clinics into one place. It’s only been live a few weeks, so the user-feedback side is still really early, but it might help you narrow things down a bit.
