best TTC vitamins?

Please can anyone recommend a TTC conception vitamin?
i was taking the pregnancare conception one but they delayed my cycle!

I took wild nutrition for a while, and then biocare pregnancy multivitamin, both recommended by a nutritionist. I also took Ovum for a while during IVF cycles, they contain a lot of the vitamins recommended in it starts with the egg. None the cheapest but all meant to be decent!

I take the Artah fertility ones, they have a lot in them that I used to take over various tablets from different places xx

I’m currently taking wild nutrition ones. Are these good?

I bought the book ‘it starts with the egg’ and followed the vitamin regime in there. Loads of people had mentioned it to me but I ignored it as I thought it was probably over rated. However I followed the guidance before my 4th egg collection and am currently 23 weeks pregnant with an embryo from that batch. So if you are struggling to get good embryos on IVF I do recommended giving it a go.

But you’ve not mentioned which vitamins…

@PeonyPatch because it’s not that simple, as I said it is a regime. there’s about 10 different supplements and vitamins she talks about and it also depends on your individual circumstances like if you are doing IVF or not, it’s it’s a FET etc.

I’m taken ovum, which my acupuncturist said is a good formal, but that really you need to test other levels as not everyone is the same and you might need a different dose/extra of certain things, like vitamin D or B12 etc
