Hi everyone,
I wanted to reach out to this community because I know firsthand how isolating the fertility journey can be.
My own journey included IVF, baby loss, and years of trying to conceive. Honestly, one of the hardest parts wasn't just the monthly disappointments or the physical toll - it was the emotional rollercoaster that nobody really talks about. The way you start avoiding certain aisles in the supermarket. The 3am Google spirals. The feeling of being stuck between hope and heartbreak, month after month.
I used to come to forums like this one searching for support, answers, and just someone who understood. Through all of it, I found myself drowning in paperwork, medication schedules, and appointment reminders whilst trying to hold myself together emotionally. I kept thinking "there has to be a better way to manage all of this."
So I built something. It's called OLIVIENNA, and it's an app designed specifically for people going through fertility treatment and IVF. It helps you track everything - medications, appointments, symptoms, your cycle - all in one place. It also includes real stories from others on this journey, guides for IVF injections and grief support, and a fertility glossary to help make sense of all the medical jargon.
It's currently available to download on the App Store, and I'm working on building the Android version for Google Play Store as well.
I'm sharing this here because these forums were my lifeline when I needed support most, and if this can help even one person feel a bit more organised and a bit less alone, then it's worth putting out there.
If you're going through this right now - whether it's your first cycle or your fifth, whether you're just starting to try or deep into treatment - please know you're not alone. This community gets it, and I'm here if anyone wants to talk.
Wishing you all strength and hope on your journeys 🌸
