Ectopic - No Tubes Left - Do we throw the dice with IVF?

Looking for a bit of support…

Had 1st ectopic in May 2021 (right tube removed) with 2 MC prior. Luckily had my amazing son in Jan 2023.

Since then I have had 2 more MC and 2 ectopic. Sadly I lost my only remaining tube Thursday - luckily the operation went well.

Recovering fairly well all things considering but don’t know what to do from here. We are lucky enough to have the money to IVF but we have been burnt by the loss of 7 pregnancies - how do you know when you cannot go on any longer.

Each time we loose another pregnancy it pushes me and my husband futher apart as we deal with the grief so differently.

I know I am strong and I am up for IVF (I have a good egg reserve and get pregnant naturally easily)- but don’t know how we would deal with even more losses. Although luckily we now have no risk of another ectopic!

Any advice or thoughts would be most appreciated.

TIA xx

Hey no advice but in same situation, ectopic jan 24 lost tube, miscarried nov 24, stump ectopic in june, remaining tubal ectopic in august and now tubless.
No living children though :(
Amh is 25 and again have had no problem with getting pregnant.
We’ve applied for nhs funding and just awaiting to hear back.
My friend had IVF and did have a cervical ectopic however this is sooo rare.
Really hope it works 🤞🏻
