Another ivf question

Is it common to have a non-medicated/natural IVF cycle and when would this be the case rather than having medication? I keep seeing posts about both. The thought of all the needles and the continued medication for 12 weeks (assuming a miracle), really makes me nervous

I’m currently doing a natural FET. I had a failed fresh in August and I hated that my body was controlled by medication. I think it actually made me go a bit insane 😂 I already had in my head I wanted a natural and at my follow up my consultant suggested a natural. She said a natural FET is recommended when we are regular and ovulate ourselves. Then a medicated would tend to be for women who are irregular or rely on medication to ovulate. She did up my progesterone this transfer as I was spotting before my OTD last time so I’m on x3 cyclogest pessaries and x1 Lubion injection a day x
