Recurrent miscarriage testing

I found out last week that I’ve had my fourth missed miscarriage in 2 years. I was on blood thinners, aspirin & progesterone. It’s been sent off for genetic testing. The last one was genetically normal. I’m under Tommys, but nothing major is flagging on tests done so far. I’m looking at going private in a couple of months once I get these results back.

Does anyone have any advice on where to start looking into where to go for private testing? I can get into London easily. I’m wanting to look at endometritis (the womb inflammation, not endometriosis) and nk cells. I know the Tommys implantation clinic does this but they are closed to new patients now

So sorry for your losses @Figtree11

I did NK cell testing through the Lister in London, and talked to them about the EMMA/ALICE/ERA tests too although I didn't end up doing these, but could have done it through them

You could also consider a session with rachel sheriff at the fertility suite, she's great at going through tests/your history to date on detail and recommending what to do next, including where to go for testing- we did that and found it really helpful

Thanks @Orangewillow i remember reading about her before last year but had forgotten about her. I’ll have a look again

Hi, I'm so sorry. I'm following cos I'm on my third MC since March and also wondering about chronic endemetristis and no cells,

I'm contemplating just taking doxycycline in case I have CE without getting a swab. I've left a message for my fertility team to see if I can do this xxx
