Has anyone gone on to have another child? Did you need the sitagliptin again or did it 'fix' things?
Considering trying for #3 but due to she don't have time to sit around having multiple MC again

We haven't tried yet for various reasons but I still don't know the answer. There was a lady who was going to ask at her appointment but she never got back so I assume she forgot.
Planning on trying again in 12 months but I'll be 42 so accept that it probably won't happen. I'm currently on a training programme and finish summer 2027 and so can't really take more time off or leave my husband with 3 kids whilst I'm working shifts.

Ahh no worries. Life gets in the way sometimes. I may be able to tell you as I’ve fallen unexpectedly pregnant without taking any this time. Not getting my hopes up but time will tell. So I’m just using progesterone for now. Currently 6 weeks. I do however know 2 people this happened too and they both lost their next babies so we will see…

I did ask the clinic on email back in 2024 however I got no response on it, I got told I’d need another biopsy if I wanted to try for another baby

They may have more data now about subsequent pregnancies than they did 2 years ago. Might be worth giving them a call to ask, but I can see that a repeat biopsy would make sense. Be interesting to know if anyone has had a repeat and if so what % needed sitagliptin again if any

I’ve just emailed and asked. I’ll let you know what they reply!
