Natural Modified IVF experiences

Hi there,
I'm about to start Natural Modified IVF this week. I'm currently 11dpo with a BFN this morning so IVF is looking likely. The meds are in my fridge. We are ready to go.

I'm 42y2m. We have been TTC for 49 cycles. (3y5m). Conceived naturally on cycle 16 but was a loss at 6+5 (July 2023). Conceived again naturally on cycle 47 (July this year) but was a chemical pregnancy.

AMH is 1.3pmol.
Husband all fine.

I had a laparoscopy in May this year, which discovered mild (stage 2) endo. I had no symptoms other than heavy/painful periods (which I always thought was normal).

We are due to start IVF next week, cycle 50 of TTC.

My protocol is 100mg clomid day 2-5 in morning. Then from day 5, in the evenings, until told to stop, I take 150iu of Menopur injections whilst going for monitoring scans.

They'll tell me when to use fyremadel, until the trigger is needed for egg collection.

Just looking for some shared experience of people either about to start or have already done a protocol like this.

Forgot to add that I will be taking 400mg of Utrogestan suppositories post transfer.

Im not sure about the medications but just wanted to wish you luck and im sorry for your previous losses. Im currently waiting for my period to do a modified natural FET.

I'm still waiting for my period to start so I can commence the modified natural cycle. I'm now 15dpo but did have a BFN on 13dpo.

Are you doing different medications to mine for your modified natural IVF cycle?

I don't understand what you mean by modified natural FET. Have you already done the IVF part?

@aggiemay24I had natural modified FET. Basically you get an injection to ensure you ovulate (ovitrelle in my case) when you have a LHsurge, everything else is natural and it's all timed to your natural cycle/hormones for the fixed transfer. It's following egg collection in previous cycle. I did natural modified IVF as well as mild

Yes iv done my egg collection and now doing a frozen embryo transfer. Il get my period on my own without medications, il grow a follicle on my own until it gets to a certain size and then il have a trigger shot to bring on ovulation, il then start progesterone and then 7 days after the trigger shot il have an embryo transfer. Im not sure what trigger shot or type of progesterone il be on until I get my period and my meds are planned and ordered , so tomorrow it will be likely il get my plan and what meds il be using and then they will be ordered and il pick them up most probably on my day 10 scan.
