Choosing a Consultant at CRGH

Hi all,

My partner and I attended an open evening at CRGH during the week and we were impressed with the service that they offer and we are thinking of going with them. We met Dr Monserrat Duran-Retamal who seemed lovely but it would be good to hear from someone who been to CRGH which Consultant they were under and who they would recommend.

I was under Dr Wael Saab and had a very good experience. I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant.

@Luna2024she’s my consultant - I wasn’t convinced the first time I met her, but actually she has been great, answered all of my questions, talked to me about guidelines change, evidence and also was honest about my chances.

We are currently with Dr Monserrat Duran-Retamal, who has been extremely caring and supportive. She spends a long time listening to us to develop the ideal treatment plan. We always have loads of follow-up and general questions and she is really responsive.
She is very thorough and leaves no stone unturned in order to give the best chance at a successful pregnancy.
We really feel like we are in the best pair of hands with her!
