recommendations for IVF wiltshire

I live in wiltshire and just wonder what clinics people recommend?
also if you were NHS what was the waiting time? i know this varies but just want a rough idea before we deffo go private, thanks!

I live in Wiltshire but am at Care Fertility in Bath. I have found it good for communication and care but not sure about their results; my first round was unsuccessful but this isn’t necessarily their fault. They have made changes which have made my second round more successful so far.

As for waiting time, I think we waited about 3 months from my GP referral to being seen at Care Fertility. They wanted me to try letrozole before IVF so I then did that for around 6 months, but once it was decided that I would do IVF it only took around four months.

So I think it varies from person to person but I think in this area the waiting time is not too bad compared to some. All the best :)

just had a appt through from RUH for care fertility in mid november! 🤞🏻 what did they do at the first appt? x

@Readingiscool92 oh that’s not too bad at all then! I think they just looked at my details ie. AMH (I had already paid for an appointment privately as was getting impatient- they checked my follicle count at that appointment) and came up with the plan to try letrozole. I can’t remember much more than that, I think that was at the beginning of 2023!
