I’m worried the result is wrong. Thought I had low AMH, it was 10 in 2023 when I was 31. Under a Tommys clinic (for recurrent loss, but I also have fertility issues) and at the time they said they were a bit surprised as I have PCOS and 10 was a bit low.
It’s the same clinic who have redone it, and the result is over 30. Since the last test I’ve had a couple of chemical pregnancies but nothing else to note. I’ve been on Metformin for years now.
I am under gynae elsewhere for suspected endo, and I had a small patch of adenomyosis identified by the Tommy’s clinic too. Waiting for a biopsy back from that and a follow up to discuss. Can’t see a way to talk to anyone about the AMH result until then, but feeling quite stressed.
Chat GPT just tells me the assay might have changed. The change sees significant. Does anyone have experience of this? How likely is the test to be wrong?
