Oestradiol is supposed to be low at the start of your cycle.

Your LH being higher than FSH is consistent with possible PCOS. Suggest also testing free androgen index (testosterone and sex binding hormone) and insulin resistance (fasting glucose and fasting insulin blood test).

Your levels are not menopausal

However if you do have PCOS it means your hormones are unbalanced - which could cause your various symptoms.

thank you

how can I balance them? This has been an issue for like 10years and I’ve had 4 pregnancies but still get symptoms of hormone imbalance if pcos causing xx

is estrogen not low then? It s in range but seems lower im not sure ? Before it was like 1300pmol in 2022.
not sure whether that alone would be causing me symptoms z

Lowering BMI if applicable and cutting out simple carbs. You could also ask your doctor about metformin.
