No spotting- day 13 after embryo transfer

I am on the 13th day of embryo transfer. Still no spotting. I have symptoms like sore breast, nausea, fatigue, bloating, cramps and etc. Does that mean the implantation was unsuccessful?

PS: tomorrow I will have a blood test

Definitely not. I didn’t have any spotting with my bfp rounds before my test date. Have had some spotting since pregnancy has been confirmed (after 6 weeks).
Spotting hasn’t been a good sign for me in the tww (I know for some it is but not for everyone). Good luck for tomorrow 🤞
