I have one endometrioma and some small fibroids. I have painful ovulation. My twin sister has stage 4 endometriosis so I don’t think it’s a stretch to suspect I might have. Ttc 2.5 years with 2 losses. Nothing has caught at all this year.
I’m interested to see whether a laparoscopy could boost my fertility. I’ve read lots about how surgery (maybe laser specifically) can hinder not help fertility, so I’d love recommendations of private endo surgeons/specialists in London please with highly skilled surgeons you did your research on! This is all quite new to me and I’ve scoured existing endo mumsnet threads but haven’t found any named consultants recommended. Thanks!
